The goal
CCAI wanted to expand access to technical skills training in its community. That meant launching a coding education platform and putting the systems in place to enroll students and run programs reliably.
What we built
- Launch support for the coding education platform.
- Google Workspace set up to support collaboration, enrollment, and program management.
- Program design and curriculum strategy, plus day-to-day operations.
The result
The platform launched with the systems in place to enroll students and manage programs from day one. Since then, CCAI has kept growing and has joined the Anthropic Claude Partner Network.
Lessons for community launches
- Decide how people will sign up before you announce anything.
- Put enrollment, communication, and files in one workspace from the start.
- Launch small, then add programs once the operations hold up.
