Who we are

6ixcore LLC (“6ixcore,” “we,” “us”) is based in Elkhart, Indiana, and operates this website and its agencies: FoundrStart, BrandForge Studio, SiteLift Digital, MarketPath Solutions, CreatorLaunch Co., and SuperCharge AI. Questions about this policy can go to info@6ixcore.com.

What we collect

• Contact form. When you send a message, we collect your first and last name, email address, subject, and message.
• Technical details sent with the form. Our form software records the IP address, browser type, and page the message came from, to help block spam.
• Emails you send us. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include.
• AI chat assistant. If you use the chat assistant on our site, we process the messages you type so the assistant can reply. We also keep a limited usage count per visitor to prevent abuse.
• Call bookings. When you book an intro call, our scheduling tool, TidyCal, collects your name, email address, the time you choose, and your answers to the booking questions.
• Testimonials. If you share feedback through our testimonial form, we collect your name, email address, role and company, your comments, and how you allow us to credit you. We publish feedback only with the permission you choose.
• AI Readiness Quiz. The quiz runs entirely in your browser. We don’t store or receive your answers.

We don’t ask for payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information through this site. Please don’t include them in a message.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss possible work together
• To keep a record of the conversation
• To protect the site and form from spam and abuse

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use form submissions to build advertising profiles.

Where it’s stored and who helps us

• Website hosting. The site and form entries are stored by our web host, MakersHost, on servers in the United Kingdom.
• Email. Form notifications and our replies are handled through Google Workspace (Gmail).
• Analytics. Site usage statistics are collected and reported by Google Analytics.
• Newsletter. Newsletter signups are stored and emailed through SendFox. If you book a call, TidyCal also adds your name and email to a separate SendFox list so we can follow up about your booking.
• AI chat assistant. Chat messages are sent to OpenAI, which generates the assistant’s replies. OpenAI states that it does not use data sent through its API to train its models by default. The conversation is kept in your own browser so it can continue while you browse. Please don’t share sensitive personal information in the chat.
• Scheduling. Call bookings are handled by TidyCal and added to our Google Calendar.
• Other services. When used, payment providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

These providers process information only to deliver their services to us. We may also share information if required by law.

Cookies and analytics

WordPress sets cookies for people who log in to manage the site. We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t sell or share browsing data with advertisers.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how people arrive, the type of device and browser used, and general location (city or country). Analytics tools use cookies or similar technology to collect this information, and it is reported to us in aggregate. We use it only to improve the site.

Our AI chat assistant uses your browser’s local storage to keep your conversation connected as you move between pages. It is not used for advertising, and you can clear it at any time with the Clear button in the chat or by clearing your browser data.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Newsletters and updates

If you sign up for 6ixcore Insights, we collect your email address and use it only to send the updates you asked for. Signups are managed by our email service provider, SendFox, which stores the list and sends our emails on our behalf. After you sign up, SendFox sends a confirmation email; you are only added once you confirm. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.

Other information you share with us

• Client work. If we work together, we collect the contact, billing, and project information needed to deliver the work, as described in our agreement with you.
• Payments. Payments are handled by third-party processors such as Stripe or PayPal. We don’t see or store full card numbers.
• Job and partnership inquiries. If you send a résumé or proposal, we use it only to consider it and keep it no longer than needed for that purpose.
• Meetings and calls. If you book a call, we receive the details you enter in the scheduling tool, such as your name, email, and meeting notes.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and related emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them after 24 months unless we’re working together. Client records are kept for as long as required for tax, legal, and accounting purposes. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept according to the analytics provider’s retention settings, which we set to 14 months or less.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@6ixcore.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Links to other sites

We link to other sites, such as LinkedIn and benzheng.org. Their privacy practices are their own.

We’ll post any updates on this page and change the date above.
