months of ongoing support
The goal
Mission1ed teaches financial skills in its community. Like many small nonprofit teams, it had the mission and the people but needed a written plan to grow from and a single place to coordinate the work.
What we built
- Business plans and growth strategies that set out where the organization was going and how it would get there.
- A managed Google Workspace to streamline operations and communication across the team.
- Partner outreach support, working closely with partners to expand Mission1ed’s reach and impact in the community.
The result
The team came away with a written plan to grow from and a single workspace to coordinate in, so decisions and day-to-day work had one home instead of being spread across inboxes and personal accounts.
Why this matters for small nonprofits
- A written plan turns good intentions into priorities a board and volunteers can agree on.
- One shared workspace means files, calendars, and email survive when people change roles.
- Both are inexpensive. Most nonprofits qualify for free or discounted workspace tools.
