AI automation for day-to-day operations

The goal
Small businesses lose hours to scheduling calls, answering the same questions, and hunting for internal information. The aim was to hand that routine work to AI while people keep control.
What we built
- AI agents that handle call scheduling
- Chat support assistants that answer common questions
- Company-wide assistants (Company Jarvis) trained on each business’s own documents and processes
The result
Routine scheduling and support run automatically, and teams get answers from their own information without digging through files. Ben has built more than 50 custom AI assistants to date.
